With more than 25 years in the mortgage/banking industry, I have helped thousands of families realize their dream of home ownership. After graduating from East Carolina University in 1987, I started my banking career in Ahoskie, NC with Planters Bank. Eventually, I moved to Wilmington in 1992 working at BB&T. In 2000, my wife and I started Seaside Mortgage Corporation. As a broker, I have a substantial amount of mortgage products to offer consumers such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Jumbo. Currently, I live in Kure Beach with my wife, Robyn and our three children. I love to fish, hunt and spend quality time with my family. I am very involved with "The Refinery" church and my community. I aspire to have my customers for life and love to share a positive home buying experience with all involved including buyers, sellers, realtors and attorneys. My experience has allowed me close relationships with many local realtors and builders across the state of North Carolina. All of whom have trusted my ability to help their clients through the home buying process easily and professionally.

Prior to joining Seaside, I merged the company I founded in 2010, Envision Mortgage Corporation, with North State Bank Mortgage. Prior to that, I was Mortgage Banking Executive and Senior Vice President, for the Corporate Mortgage Services Division of Wachovia Mortgage Corporation (originally Cameron-Brown Co. Mortgage Bankers/First Union Mortgage Corporation). I managed a very successful national mortgage banking unit comprised of more than 500 associates, focused on residential mortgage originations, operations/fulfillment, and the development of successful internal and external strategic business development partnerships. With this background, I bring seasoned management and lending expertise to Seaside Mortgage in all areas of the business, including New Home Buyers, Corporate Relocation Transferees, and Affluent Borrowers.
On a more personal note, I am a member of St. Andrews-Covenant Presbyterian Church. I am a native of Eastern North Carolina, growing up in Dunn, and earned my BSBA Degree at East Carolina University. A fine tradition continued when both of my sons, Rob and James, earned their undergraduate degrees from ECU, becoming third generation Pirate's. Actively involved in ECU academics and athletic endeavors, I am a member of the Order of the Cupola, Chancellor's Society, College of Business Commerce Club, Educational Foundation, and a Alumni Association "Forever Pirate".

I am originally from Hollidaysburg, PA, went to Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach, SC where I received my degree in business management. After graduation I moved to Raleigh, NC to start a ministry called Campus Outreach in the Raleigh area, starting off at North Carolina State University. I worked as a campus minister for 9 1/2 years with this ministry, getting the privilege to serve at N.C. State, Campbell, and UNCW. In 2012 I married the love of my life, Rita. Together we get to be parents to two incredible kids, Skyler and Logan. We moved to Wilmington August of 2014 and have absolutely loved calling it home! We are licensed foster parents and have been bringing kids into our home since November of 2015. I entered the mortgage industry because I know what it is like to enter into, likely, one of the largest purchases you will make. I want to help educate borrowers on the process and relieve some of the anxiety of the home buying process by working hard and being a loan officer you can trust.

With more than 15 years in the mortgage/banking industry, I have helped numerous families realize their dream of own ing a home. I started my banking career with First Citizens on the front line as a teller . Gradually working my way up and moving to Wilmington in 1984, where I was a processor with Citizens Federal. I worked diligently and learn ed a lot by working with area brokers, realtors, attorneys, appraisers and insurance agent s. Eventually returning to First Citizens as a mortgage banker. In 1997, my husband and I increased our family with a baby boy. We decided I would stay home and be a mom while working alongside my husband as an office manager with his company , Donnalley Marine Services, Inc. Time flew by and before we knew it, our son was filling out college applications for admission to fall of 2016 . At that point, I decided I needed to return to the banking/mortgage industry and started working at Seaside Mortgage Corporation. I learned very quickly how guidelines and mortgage products had changed since I had last worked in the mortgage industry. Working at Seaside Mortgage has allowed me time to learn new guidelines and obtain my mortgage license. Seaside has an abundant amount of resources and lenders who offer consumers mortgage products, such as, Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Jumbo mortgages. We also have in house processing. I started in the mortgage business in 2000. Mortgage Processor
I joined the Seaside team in December 2020 as a loan processor after working in the insurance field for the last few years. I really enjoy helping clients and being a part of their home buying experience. I grew up in central New York and then moved south, and have lived in Wilmington, NC for over 20 years now with my husband and three amazing children.
